A Steady Hand And A Calm Room
The dentist Warrenton was waiting for.
Dr. Elias Sanie, DDS, is the lead and only dentist at Warrenton Dentist on Main Street. He is a Platinum Plus Invisalign Provider, a hospital-trained generalist, and the kind of careful, considered clinician who treats every patient with the time and attention this community expects.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Dr. Sanie returns to his home region to build a practice in keeping with Warrenton’s character, restrained, refined, and deeply rooted in the place where it lives.
How He Practices
You get a dentist who listens before he diagnoses. Dr. Sanie has built his practice around two simple ideas: take the time to listen, and treat every patient with the kind of care he would want for his own family. You are given the time to ask, the time to think, and the time to feel comfortable before anything begins.
Comprehensive Care Under One Roof
Most general dental practices refer out anything beyond cleanings and fillings. Dr. Sanie does it differently. Crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implants, non-surgical root canals, periodontal therapy, cosmetic veneers, professional whitening, Invisalign, and pediatric care , most patients can complete their full treatment plan without ever leaving the practice.
A Platinum Plus Invisalign Provider
As a Platinum Plus Invisalign Provider, a recognition Align Technology gives to providers in the top tier of case volume and complexity, Dr. Sanie has guided hundreds of patients through clear-aligner treatment. Adults who want a discreet way to straighten their smile, teens who want an alternative to braces, and patients with complex bites who have been told their case is “too hard” , all are welcome.
Calm Hands When Emergencies Happen
A broken tooth on a Friday afternoon. A sudden ache that will not quit. A child who fell on the playground. Dr. Sanie keeps emergency slots open every clinical day and will work to see you the same day whenever he can. Call (540) 000-0000 and tell us what is happening, we will take it from there.
Credentials & Training
Dr. Sanie was born and raised in Northern Virginia and brings an international education to the chairside. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from a top international dental program in Poland in 2017, he completed a post-doctoral General Practice Residency at Berkshire Medical Center, a Tufts University-affiliated teaching hospital in Massachusetts.
That hospital residency is what shapes the way he practices today. He treated patients of every age and complexity , from anxious children to medically complex adults , and learned how to keep an appointment calm even when the situation is not. Highlights of his training and recognition include:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), 2017 , top international dental program, Poland
- General Practice Residency, Berkshire Medical Center (Tufts University affiliate), Pittsfield, MA , hospital dentistry, emergency care, advanced restorative procedures
- Platinum Plus Invisalign Provider with hundreds of cases completed
- Continuing-education focus on dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and non-surgical root canal therapy
Approach To Care
“The best dentistry is the kind you do not feel rushed through.” That is how Dr. Sanie describes his philosophy. You will get an honest conversation about what you actually need, and what you do not, in plain language, before any treatment is recommended. If something can wait and be watched, he will tell you. If something is urgent, he will tell you that too, with a clear plan for handling it.
The goal at every visit is the same: you should leave knowing exactly what was done, what comes next, and why. No pressure, no surprises on the bill, no judgment about how long it has been since your last cleaning.

Dr. Sanie’s primary practice language is English. The office provides Spanish-speaking accommodations for appointments, treatment consultations, and financial conversations , ¿habla español? Frequently Asked
Questions about Dr. Sanie.
- What does Platinum Plus Invisalign Provider actually mean?
- Align Technology (the company behind Invisalign) categorizes providers by annual case volume and complexity. Platinum Plus is among the highest tiers, given to dentists who have completed a significant number of Invisalign cases with strong outcomes. For Warrenton-area adults and teens considering aligners, that means hundreds of cases of pattern-recognition behind your treatment plan.
- Will Dr. Sanie see emergencies the same day?
- Whenever possible, yes. Dr. Sanie keeps emergency slots open on every clinical day. If you call (540) 000-0000 in pain or with a broken tooth, our front desk will work to fit you in the same day. For after-hours emergencies, leave a voicemail with your callback number and we will respond as soon as we are able.
- Does Dr. Sanie handle complex work in-house, or refer out?
- Most of it stays in-house. Dental implants, non-surgical root canal therapy, complex crown-and-bridge work, full-mouth reconstruction, cosmetic veneers, and Invisalign are all performed by Dr. Sanie himself. For the small number of cases that genuinely need a specialist (advanced periodontal surgery, complicated oral surgery), we coordinate with a trusted referral network so the hand-off feels seamless.
- Where did Dr. Sanie train?
- He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2017 from a top international dental program in Poland, then completed a post-doctoral General Practice Residency at Berkshire Medical Center, a Tufts University-affiliated teaching hospital in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The hospital residency is what shaped his approach: he treated patients of every age and medical complexity, and learned how to keep an appointment calm even when the situation is not.
